Too often, buying something online ends up being a cold and thoughtless transaction, with little to no contact. Here at Rock Jaw, we like to do things a little differently. Customers are welcome to purchase something, wait for it to arrive and have as little contact with us as possible, but we also welcome feedback and are happy to answer questions and resolve queries in-house.
Keeping out customers happy, and making sure their earphones are okay, is very important to us. One of the reasons we've become so good at customer service is down to our human approach. There are many ways to get in touch with Rock Jaw - regardless of whether or not you purchased your pair of earphones from us in the first place - including our Facebook and Twitter pages. On our home page, you can even choose to pick up the phone and give us a call, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 16:30 UK time. We're more than willing to have a chat and advise which of our products is the best for you, and if there are any warranty issues or faults, we're happy to help resolve those in a quick and friendly manner, too!
One thing that customers often complain about is shipping cost and shipping feed. We know that can be a pain, so we give our customers free delivery as standard, WORLDWIDE! If you're in the UK, you're even likely to get your delivery the next day, depending on when you order, and we won't charge you a single penny for it! Actually getting your hands on something is the fun of buying online, and we want to make sure that you get your item on time and at no extra cost.
