In this day and age a lot of companies have huge amounts of customers to deal with, and often pay less and less attention to their customer service. We've already covered how good our customer service is, but we wanted to let our customers know just how seriously we take our customer relations here at Rock Jaw.
Whether or not you're looking for a little more information on products like the Resonate or the Clarito or have a problem you need to address with us, we don't do tickets or rely on email. Instead, we do things a little differently, if you take a look at the top of our home page our UK phone number is listed clearly at the top. While we can't always grab the phone as we might be packing up orders or in meetings, customers can leave a message and we'll return their call. As a company that started from humble beginnings, it's a great pleasure for us to be able to talk to our customers over the phone.
When you can't pick up the phone during our office hours, an email is still an option, but we don't solely rely upon on email. Even when we do use email to talk to our customers, we don't use a ticketing system or an automated reply service. Instead, you'll be emailing us directly, and we'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
It might seem like a small thing, but being able to pick up the phone and contact the business you're looking to buy from is becoming a rarity. More and more companies simply ask you to send an email or file a ticket, but here at Rock Jaw our phone line is always welcome to your calls, and an email is still just as good, too. Except that we won't bog you down with needless tickets, we'll just get back to you in a timely fashion!
