At Rock Jaw Audio, we take pride in products like the Resonate and the Alfa Genus V2. We want to make sure that the product we put on shelves and send to customers is the best we can achieve. To do so, we take a long time to bring a new product to market, and any new product goes through a lengthy prototyping stage, as well as a comprehensive testing programme to make sure they meet our high standards.
The Rock Jaw Audio product line has always been known as being British Engineered, and we stand by that. Product development starts in the UK and products are only put into production once they get the go ahead in the UK. New products are developed for roughly 12 - 16 months, from sketches to CAD drawings all the way through to driver selection and beyond. We put our new products under the microscope during their development to ensure that all details are 100% before we go any further. During this 12 - 16 month period, they go into quality assurance around 9 months, and are tested for a further 3 - 5 months before we put them into production and then put them up for sale.
Of course, nothing is perfect, and things can go wrong, which is why we offer excellent customer care and make sure that if something does go wrong with one of our products, we're always happy and ready to replace defective items and make sure our customers get the product they deserve. It's important to us to make sure that our customers get the Rock Jaw product we know we can deliver, and testing products rigorously is how we make sure things meet our standards.
